Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and payments made on the InPik mobile application and website at inpik.in, operated by M/s A K Enterprise, a sole proprietorship concern owned by Mr. Vastarpara Aryan Kalpeshbhai (GSTIN: 24CHFPV2218B1ZP), Surat, Gujarat. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions of Use.

Subscription model

InPik offers access to its library of templates and design assets through paid subscription plans (monthly and annual). Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically through our payment partner, Razorpay, using a UPI AutoPay or card-based mandate, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

We process valid cancellation requests within 48 hours. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date.

Stopping the UPI AutoPay deduction: your recurring payment runs on a UPI AutoPay mandate that you authorised in your own UPI app. To be certain that no further amount is automatically debited, you should cancel or revoke this mandate yourself from your UPI app (for example, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM) under its AutoPay or Manage Mandates section, before your next renewal date.

On cancellation, your subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current cycle.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time or partial billing cycles, except where a refund is required under applicable law or as expressly stated below.

Active subscriptions are non-refundable. Once your subscription payment has been successfully charged, the amount paid for the current, active subscription period will not be refunded. If you do not wish to continue, your only option is to cancel the subscription — cancellation stops the next renewal so that you are not charged again, but it does not refund the amount already paid for the ongoing period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

In short: there is no refund for an active subscription. To stop being charged, you must cancel the plan before the next renewal date. Cancelling ends future charges only — it does not return the amount already paid for the current period.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it is credited to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 14 business days of confirmation. The exact time to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

How to request a refund

Email support@inpik.in from your registered email address with your name, the registered email/phone on your account, and the transaction reference or payment ID. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Taxes

All subscription fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
