Delete Your Account & Data

How to permanently delete your InPik account and associated data.

This page explains how you can request deletion of your InPik account and the personal data associated with it. InPik is operated by M/s A K Enterprise (GSTIN: 24CHFPV2218B1ZP), Surat, Gujarat.

Important — turn off auto-pay before deleting. Deleting your InPik account does not automatically stop a UPI AutoPay deduction. Before, or immediately after, deleting your account you must cancel or revoke the UPI AutoPay mandate yourself from your UPI app — for example Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM — under its AutoPay or Manage Mandates section. If you do not, the recurring amount may continue to be debited even after your account is deleted.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. Open the InPik app and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Account Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated data will be deleted as described below.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email or form

If you cannot access the app, email support@inpik.in from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, or use the form below. We may verify your identity before processing the request.

By submitting, you confirm you are the owner of this account. See our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

DeletedMay be retained
Your account and profile (name, email, profile picture from Google Sign-In); photographs and other inputs you uploaded; the Creatives you generated; and your in-app preferences. Records we are required to keep by law — for example, invoices and transaction/tax records — are retained for the period required under applicable law (such as GST and other financial regulations). Such records are kept only for legal compliance and are not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

Once a deletion request is verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except for data we must retain under applicable law. Deleting your account does not automatically stop a UPI AutoPay deduction. To stop future charges, you must turn off (cancel or revoke) the UPI AutoPay mandate yourself from your UPI app — for example Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM — under its AutoPay or Manage Mandates section, before your next renewal date.
