InPik, operated by M/s A K Enterprise (GSTIN: 24CHFPV2218B1ZP), Surat, Gujarat, provides a digital service only. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how access to our service is delivered.

No physical shipping

InPik offers access to digital content (templates, design assets, and the tools to create and download Creatives) through a subscription. As there are no physical goods, no item is shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

How and when access is delivered

Access to the subscribed features is granted electronically and automatically within the InPik app, immediately upon successful payment and activation of your subscription. In most cases access is available right away; in rare cases it may take a few minutes to reflect.

Any Creatives you make can be downloaded or saved directly within the app. There is no separate delivery step or waiting period.

If access is not granted after payment

If your payment was successful but your subscription has not activated within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@inpik.in with your registered details and the transaction reference. We will restore access promptly, or, where applicable, address the matter in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
