This Privacy Policy explains how M/s A K Enterprise, a sole proprietorship concern owned and operated by Mr. Vastarpara Aryan Kalpeshbhai (GSTIN: 24CHFPV2218B1ZP) (“InPik”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the InPik mobile application and the website at inpik.in (together, the “Platform”).
We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:

2. Google account data
When you sign in with Google, we access only the basic profile information you authorise, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. InPik’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data only to provide and improve the Platform’s features to you, and we do not sell this data or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create, authenticate, and secure your account;
- provide the Platform’s core features, including generating and saving your Creatives;
- process subscriptions, payments, renewals, and cancellations;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform, including analytics and crash diagnostics;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- send you service-related communications, such as billing notices and important updates; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. Consent & legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you use the Platform, and for the legitimate purposes described in this policy, including providing the service you have requested and meeting our legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described under “Your rights” below; withdrawing consent may limit or prevent your use of certain features.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers / data processors: with trusted vendors who help us operate the Platform, such as cloud hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and customer-support tools, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Payment partner: with Razorpay, to process your payments and subscriptions (see below).
- Legal & safety: where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of InPik, our Users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Payments & Razorpay
Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. When you make a payment or set up an auto-renewal mandate, the information necessary to process that transaction is collected and handled by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy and applicable security standards. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. We receive transaction status and identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
7. Cookies & analytics
The Platform may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies (for example, analytics and crash-reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase) to understand usage, remember preferences, and improve performance. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling them may affect some features.
8. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, and thereafter only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below, subject to retention required by law.
9. How we protect your data
We maintain reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping the Google account you use to access the Platform secure.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may:
- access the personal data we hold about you and request a summary of how it is processed;
- request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your personal data and closure of your account (see how to delete your account);
- withdraw consent you previously gave for processing; and
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides for this.

11. Children’s privacy
The Platform is not intended for children below the age at which they can provide valid consent under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take suitable action.
12. Data storage & transfers
Your data may be stored and processed on servers operated by us or our service providers. Where data is transferred or processed outside India, we take steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with applicable law and this policy. We will not transfer personal data to any jurisdiction that is restricted under applicable Indian law.
13. Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing them any information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
