This Privacy Policy explains how M/s A K Enterprise, a sole proprietorship concern owned and operated by Mr. Vastarpara Aryan Kalpeshbhai (GSTIN: 24CHFPV2218B1ZP) (“InPik”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the InPik mobile application and the website at inpik.in (together, the “Platform”).

We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

When you sign in with Google, we access only the basic profile information you authorise, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. InPik’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data only to provide and improve the Platform’s features to you, and we do not sell this data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. When you make a payment or set up an auto-renewal mandate, the information necessary to process that transaction is collected and handled by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy and applicable security standards. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. We receive transaction status and identifiers needed to manage your subscription.

The Platform may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies (for example, analytics and crash-reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase) to understand usage, remember preferences, and improve performance. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling them may affect some features.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, and thereafter only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below, subject to retention required by law.
